Testimonials
A first class professional service from a dedicated and extremely helpful lady. Worked wonders!
Jeffery Frampton
Helen is so professional and has a wealth of knowledge and takes time for her assessment of an individual. Then giving appropriate exercises.
The NHS physios did all that they could, but I needed more time to do what I thought was achievable. She has been invaluable to progress. A kind and understanding soul. A real treasure.

In July 2024 I suddenly contracted Guillain-Barre Syndrome, a neurological condition which in my case caused me to lose upper body coordination/strength and the use of my legs.
I was hospitalised for 5 months for the purposes of daily physical therapy. I was discharged in a wheelchair, still not able to walk but having regained my upper body coordination/strength. I retained Helen to work with me at home which was a very successful 6 weeks.
Following Helen’s direction, advice and exercise regime I was able to begin tentative walking after that 6 week period. If it were not for Helen’s services and expertise I do not know how I would have recuperated as the NHS home community therapy service did not contact me until about that time the 6 weeks were over! I can very highly recommend Helen!
